Install documents in proper directory

Install documents into /usr/local/share/doc/canpi-ssr so that all pacakges files are under /usr/local

Added documents to install

Added change log, readme etc in /usr/share/doc/
The default configuration file now refers to the real autowap and canpi-server installations
