Not "official" as far as LiteX is concerned, but try:
http://mirror.ini.cmu.edu/litex/litexdemo.ova (password: tartans)
It only has a subset of the LiteX packages (as needed for building
https://github.com/litex-hub/linux-on-litex-rocket), but everything
else (non-LiteX) needed for LiteX development is pre-installed.
The kickstart file (unattended Fedora build script) used to generate
the VM is here:
http://mirror.ini.cmu.edu/ks/litexdemo40.ks
