When deleting a managed resource from below through Env0 GUI, drift isn't detected.
resources :
Cloud credentials project assignment
Team project assignment
Template project assignment
Template

this issue related to #205

The above resources can be handled by special attribute isDeleted to detect drift, and their solution is similar.
The others resources don't have this data and their solution is deferent, that why this issue split from #205
