[Question] Is there a metric to indicate cluster load balancing across multiple priority levels?

I would like to determine via metrics whenever traffic to an upstream cluster is proxied to hosts in lower priority levels.

Priority levels are mapped to localities such that an endpoint in a preferred locality are in level P0, with P1, P2, ..Pn constituting lower priority levels in descending order of priority, with LocalityLbEndopints.priority specifying the endpoint's priority level.
