Commit Message: Experrimental change to incorporate an HTML/javascript JSON viewer into the admin /config_dump endpoint.
Note pending questions on how best to incorporate this into our system (andypf/json-viewer#24) as well as a functional enhancement request: (andypf/json-viewer#23)

Screenshot of this hack in action for /config_dump:
Note: this json viewer allows for a lot of customization tweaks; the above color scheme is from the settings on the example page on https://github.com/andypf/json-viewer but we could make these look more like the rest of the admin panel with some tweaks.
Just wanted to see if folks think this viewing mode may be useful.
