User can't correctly save (or make a layout) to RDF/RXN reaction several products or with separate positioned molecules

Steps to Reproduce 1

1. Add to Canvas reaction 3:3 with 3 reactants and 3 products:
   rdf-rxn-v2000-reaction-3x3-new.zip:
   
2. Click on Save to RDF/RXN

Actual Result

• The second product is selected as only one product as it intersects by the continuation of the arrow, all other elements are considered reactants, so 5:1 reaction is displayed on Save:
  
• If the user tries to add this reaction to Canvas, 5:1 reaction is displayed:
  

Expected Result

• 3:3 reaction should be saved to the RDF/RXN file, the nearest products should be merged together

Notes

• Separate molecules should be merged to the nearest reactants/products or empty place near tail/head arrow on Save to RDF/Layout actions, it doesn't matter how far separate molecule is located from reaction
  • TBD - in future, we can add logic for layout/save - if the element is in the zone of an element with radius = 4 - we should merge it, if not - should be ignored, removed - TBD:
    
• Related issue with empty elements - Layout and Save to RXN/RDF works not correctly when Multi-Tailed Arrow is on canvas without elements near tails or head, If no elements are near multi-tailed arrow, layout action should consider it as empty elements #2424
• Issue is detected during exploratory testing of Save to RDF feature for cascade reactions - Save multi reactions (pathway, single, edge cases) to RDF #2237
