Ketcher part is here: epam/ketcher#4757

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Molecules mode
  2. Load from file: Incorrect stereo-label placement for (E) and (Z) (indigo part).zip
    image
  3. Press Calculate CIP button

Actual behavior
System puts (E) label randomly
image

Expected behavior
System puts (E) label for every molecule in the center of double bond
image

  • Ketcher Version 2.25.0-rc.4 Build at 2024-09-23; 17:24:38
  • Indigo Toolkit Version 1.24.0-rc.3.0-g692080c62-wasm32-wasm-clang-19.0.0
  • Windows 10 Pro
  • Chrome Version 126.0.6478.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)
