Arrow changes direction after loading saved RXN single reaction if the elements were too close to single arrow on save #2493

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add a reaction with Multi-Tailed Arrow to Canvas, add chemical elements very close to the single arrow or add it from the KET file below:
    ketcher (1).zip
    image

  2. Click on Save as..., select RXN V2000/V3000

  3. Copy RXN from the preview and paste to Canvas

Actual Result

  • Arrow changed the direction:

Expected Result

  • 2:1 reaction with a single arrow and plus is displayed:

  • Detected on CI-CD master env
  • Ketcher [Version 2.25.0-rc.2] Build at 2024-10-03; 05:09:39
  • Indigo Version 1.25.0-dev.3.4-g6469f588-wasm32-wasm-clang-12.0.0

Spread molecules to put default size arrow inside as per AlexanderSavelyev decision
