Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Micromolecules mode
  2. Load from file: structure-where-atoms-exceeds999.zip
    image
  3. Save canvas to Mol v3000

Actual behavior
Export to mol losts stereo configuration data:

structure-where-atoms-exceeds999-ActualResult.zip

Expected behavior
All data in place
structure-where-atoms-exceeds999-expected.zip

Versions

  • Ketcher Version 2.25.0-rc.2 Build at 2024-10-03; 18:30:41
  • Indigo Toolkit Version 1.25.0-rc.1.0-g704673fcb-wasm32-wasm-clang-19.0.0
