chore: fix compatbility with poetry 1.8.* #49

Command poetry check --lock failed with error Error: Invalid source "pypi" referenced in dependencies. for poetry 1.8.0 or higher if the pypi was used as source for some dependency, but not explicitly declared pyproject.toml.
I'm removing source = "pypi", because it will be the default repository anyway.
