Click & drag a 'Salts and Solvents' on atom forms a bond

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Ketcher
2. Add any Atom, Functional Group, Salts and Solvent, Atom connected with Atom, Functional Group connected with Atom or FG
3. Select any Salts and Solvents and click & drag on each added element

Actual behavior
For Atom: connection with formation of additional Salt and Solvent
For FG: EDIT ABBREVIATION window
For Salt and Solvents: EDIT ABBREVIATION window
For Atom connected with Atom: connection with formation of additional Salt and Solvent
For FG connected with Atom or FG: EDIT ABBREVIATION window

Expected behavior
For Atom: Salts and Solvents appears where the left mouse button was released without a connection
For FG: Salts and Solvents appears where the left mouse button was released without a connection
For Salt and Solvents: Salts and Solvents appears where the left mouse button was released without a connection
For Atom connected with Atom: Salts and Solvents appears where the left mouse button was released without a connection
For FG connected with Atom or FG: Salts and Solvents appears where the left mouse button was released without a connection
