Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ketcher
  2. Add two 'Benzene' on canvas
  3. Select one of added 'Benzene' and move a structure outside of the canvas
  4. Move back to original position

Actual behavior
When moving a structure outside of the canvas, structure does not move smoothly.
The movement of the structure is not smooth in all directions and it is very difficult to make accurate positioning.

Expected behavior
When moving a structure outside of the canvas, structure move smoothly.
The movement of the structure is smooth in all directions and it is user can make accurate positioning.
