Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ketcher
  2. Add Benzene ring or Chain to canvas
  3. Select S-Group tool and click any atom on structure
  4. At S-Group Properties modal window select Type = Superatom
  5. Add Name to Superatom
  6. Click Apply button

Actual behavior
Part of the structure disappears
Note: After disappearance a part of the structure, any action leads to multiple errors in console

Expected behavior
Superatom name and square brackets appear on structure
