Rotation tool: fix selection box for expanded s-groups

Actual behavior
At the moment the selection box around expanded s-groups does not fit the group label and there is no padding between the box and the group brackets:

Expected behavior
We need to include the group label into the rotation box and introduce some padding for the brackets. We also need to keep the same way as it works now, so it should not take padding into account.
