Steps to Reproduce

Note: If you select all structure with 'Selection tool' you can expand contracted group
Actual behavior
Once the unknown superatom is contracted, it is impossible to interact with it. You can't expand it and even highlight it.
Expected behavior
User can contract and expand unknown superatoms after opening from file or after pasting.
