Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to Macromolecules mode
  2. Add Peptide and RNA (or CHEM) monomer on canvas (ex.: Peptide - 3-sulfoalanine; RNA - Phosphate; CHEM - Azide)
  3. Bond placed monomers using Bond Tool
  4. Look at leaving group in appeared modal window

Actual behavior
Oxygen(O) shows up as leaving group in chemical reaction

Expected behavior
Hydroxyl group(OH) should show up as a leaving group in a chemical reaction
