While adding content to canvas system puts it in the wrong position

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Open... button (Ctrl+O)
2. Select open from file
3. Select file: Wrong position under.pptx
4. Click Open
5. Press Add to canvas

Actual behavior
Two problems:

1. Initially - system puts content from file to the center of view port. But after even one pixel mouse move - content jumps to another place according mouse cursor position
2. Content center doesn't lay under mouse cursor
   

Expected behavior

1. System put content under actual mouse cursor position
2. System put center of content under actual mouse cursor position

Environment details:

• Ketcher Version 2.18.0-rc.7 Build at 2024-02-16; 19:06:44
• Indigo Toolkit Version 1.18.0-rc.7.0-g8a5c36802-x86_64-linux-gnu-11.2.1
• Firefox Version 122.0.1 (64-bit)
• Win10
