Background
It was found that Pyrro group and AspOH peptides are using in real user scenarios. However Ketcher peptides library does not contain it.

Solution
Add the following monomers to Ketcher's monomer library:

  • Pyrro group -- to the peptides section
    pyrro
  • Aspartic acid monomer with OH leaving group. Short name: AspOH, long name: aspartic acid (OH). It should look similarly to existing aspartic acid but with OH leaving group at R3 instead of H.
