Steps to Reproduce

Go to Settings
Open General Settings

Actual behavior
The setting "Image resolution" is not read-only

Expected behavior
The setting "Image resolution" is read-only (regarding requirements #5152)

After talking with the customer, it was decided to make all fields editable. The task is not relevant
