Grab the latest xls file from here (Toronto Open Data Curbside Garbage) http://www1.toronto.ca/wps/portal/contentonly?vgnextoid=2ee34b5073cfa310VgnVCM10000071d60f89RCRD&vgnextchannel=bcb6e03bb8d1e310VgnVCM10000071d60f89RCRD
Open the xls and save the first tab (Master) as Calendars.csv
Save active sheet as CSV
Replace the existing Calendars.csv with the new one (main directory)
