New options & bug fixes

Bug fixes:

• Now handles Touch ID lockout properly (Doesn't handle Touch ID lockout #20)
• Siri no longer resets LockGlyph (Unlocked lock glyph will reset to locked state if Siri is activated #14)
• Sound now isn't delayed at unlock (Sound to late #28)

New features:

• Add "Fade when recognized" option (Add "Fade when recognized" option #30)
• Custom sizing (Allow resizing of glyph. #13)

Other enhancements:

• Enable switch moved to main settings page
• Screen scale is now used for image size rather than hardcoded 2.0

Localisations needed:
Because this feature adds new settings, the following new localisations are required:

"FINGERSIZE_TOGL_LABEL" = "Use Custom Size";
"FINGERSIZE_VALUE_LABEL" = "Custom Size";
"ANIM_FADEONRECOGNIZED_LABEL" = "Fade when recognized";
