Epiverse-TRACE release checklist

As discussed in r-lib/usethis#1818, there is currently no way to add custom release bullets in any section of the release issue and it would be difficult to add this flexibility. A good workaround is to provide our own function to create the release issue based on usethis::use_release_issue(). This issue summarized which release bullets should be added:

Before first CRAN release

• Verify package name in license

Wait for CRAN...

After first CRAN release

• Add DOI to README
• Add package to r-universe
• Add package to CRAN Task View
• Submit to DPGA
• Add to epiverse meta-package
