Everything is just loading

Followed all instructions mentioned here, https://www.eramba.org/learning/courses/12/episodes/274

got the UI, all docker containers, volume, images shows green.

all things looks fine,

but, the UI is just loading, I added a business unit, got added but down it just shows as loading

This could be caused by incorrect configurations in the .env file, especially the public IP. Please check if the values are correct.
