I have a question regarding the deduction of premium request counts for API calls

After GitHub Copilot officially began charging for premium requests on June 18, it was observed that every API request (not user-chat-initiated requests) made through tools like cline/ROO incurred a deduction of one credit. I would like to confirm whether this situation still persists currently?

According to other repos, (a) yes, but (b) this is easy to fix, and can be fixed in this project too via setting a specific header for tool/assistant requests. See sst/opencode#595
