Run Astrid as part of the stage loop using --staged.sync.stage=true.

This is a gradual way to introduce Astrid to Erigon.

Long term we want to run Astrid as a standalone driver component which talks to Execution Engine, similar to Caplin. This will be done as part of "Astrid M3 - Standalone".

There are no open issues in this milestone.
