- Added a small note on the ReadMe to ensure people do reset
Mint-Y theme folder between runs (default color is likely
changed after one run, therefore the hardcoded script
looking for the default colors won't find then and no changes
occur).
- Updated script 2 to be compatible with the latest version of
Mint-Y (and Mint 19 subsequently).

	easily

	- Modified paths in all scripts to be compatible with the
	official Mint-Y themes repository
	- Modified ReadMe to explain the changes and point to the new
	official Linux Mint themes repository
	- Modified ReadMe to better explicit the need of resetting the
	themes directory between runs.
