Describe the bug
Not using brand email config

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Search for brand emailConfig field
  2. See error

Expected behavior

  1. Create messenger integration & add it to some channel
  2. Install code on any website or static html
  3. Send message from widget
  4. Edit the customer info and fill some valid email
  5. Send reply from admin
  6. Wait for 10min to receive reply notification in a email which entered on 4th stage
