I tried to add an initial settings.yaml for riscv features of svd2rust, here's how it affects interrupt code of the PAC.
Adding this is necessary to generate HART context that is used for example by RTIC's CLINT backend
Content of the settings.yaml is copypasted from e310x and likely needs to be adjusted.
