  • Windows MSVC version is broken, we will skip this release

we are a bit in unknown territory with respect to what linker flags are ok or not. Primary question is -> is it ok - for a standalone esp-idf project - to use -nodefaultlibs gcc flag with respect to all the c++ changes? Where is the best place to ask around the issues on espressif site? Should i make a report on the toolchain or on the idf site?

deprecated idf drivers

in light of new driver PR's in esp-idf-hal
problem: esp-idf deprecates drivers but dosn't provide compiletime flags on what drivers are included. We currently include old and new drivers at the same time when building the libespidf.elf resulting in problems at different stages.
potential future solution: explore "user defined" kconfigs in esp-idf-sys that produces equivalent rust "cfg()" and can be set via the normal sdkconfig workflow.

• combining all esp-idf-* repos into a mono repo
