The icon does exist and show fine for me. Auto-pulls a github hosted image:

Yes, the icon show fine! but the phrase reads: "Where possible we are going right to the answer and provide it within one or two paragraphs. If it takes more than that, you will see a link :arrow\ _right: to more details." and it is not used later in any place. Everywhere "Read more" appears.

Also that arrow does not exist in the Sphinx documentation
