1. insert Youtube API endpoint
2. introduce distinction between batch channel APIs and single ones

Now supports Dailymotion (viewer count of the last hour).

Regarding the mistmatch "live viewers" displayed in Dailymotion / viewers from last hour, I'm in discussion with Daiymotion to know if the first data will be available through their APIs anytime soon.

Otherwise, there isn't anything we can do about it, I'm afraid.

Btw, Dailymotion answered a few days ago: the live viewer count won't be available before 2 months...
