Display games on Calendar Page

Games that are broadcasted must be displayed on the Calendar page, in several ways:

• Behind each channel name:
  Display associated game icon

In the future:

• Header of each event box:
  Aggregate all games associated with the broadcasts of that event, and display each game icon once - this requires the aggregation of occurences within event boxes
