* Enable configuring target variants (espressif#7019) This change enables picking the right board configuration from the variants/ folder. Description of Change
Adding support for the small 10x14mm ESP32-S3 based u-blox NORA-W106 and NORA-W101 industrial module.
Tests scenarios
Tested on EVK-NORA-W106 evaluation kit and USB-NORA-W1 USB stick breakout board.
