Officially it's "macOS" since 2016, but that capitalization is silly and "Mac OS" works as a generic term for Mac operating systems..
There's a C library issue that prevents pomegranate and pysam from compiling on 3.11. Seems fixed in Cython mainline but it will take some time for the fix(es) to diffuse out.

New GHA workflow using tox. This should replace Travis CI.
