The latest 4 (at least) PR CI suites are ❌ failing because of the same Travis CI job ARM64/Go1.15.x: make test timing out.

$ travis_wait 60 make test

Still running (39 of 60): make test

The job exceeded the maximum time limit for jobs, and has been terminated.
