Please perform checks on these enr's before we merge them in, I used the devp2p binary and a teku client to verify that they're working as expected

Have been able to find peers using each bootnode individually

Maybe something to consider is adding ipv6 entries to the ENRs if available

Unfortunately dual stack on the provider we're using is a bit...iffy. And we cant do reserved IPv6 right now, its a feature we're talking to them about implementing. Once that's done we'd likely support dual stack on all of our stuff :D
