I can get this done using this action Plan:

• Join the call
• Listen intently on the call
• Record the call
• Take initial notes while listening in the call
• Review the recorded call to update the notes as needed
• Update the rough draft of minutes to align to desired format

To ensure that I can properly align this to the desired format I will keep track of what is being discussed and who is the speaker at all times.
