Realized I might have jumped the gun merging here. The test gens look good. Shall we add other types in another PR? |

Moved from ethereum/py-ssz#30. The code itself hasn't been changed except for some imports.
It uses py-ssz v0.1.0-alpha2 which implements the fix for ethereum/consensus-specs#538 on top of the January release, but this doesn't affect the generated tests.
