Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Reviving past issue: #3528

We discuss proof-of-work and proof-of-stake since these are consensus mechanisms that were used on Ethereum Mainnet.

But, adding a page on Proof of Authority could have some benefit to users in the context of testnets which have used this consensus mechanism as we mention it on ethereum.org. On the consensus mechanisms page we mention it in the intro, but have no follow up information on what it is.

A page similar to proof-of-work and proof-of-stake for proof of authority

Describe alternatives you've considered

Getting rid of mentions of PoA on ethereum.org
