Added Chronicle Oracles to the oracles list

Description

• added Chronicle Oracles description
• added a link to a tutorial example using Chronicle Oracles
• replaced Maker Oracles with Chronicle in the price feed section, as Chronicle spun off from Maker in Autumn 2023 and is currently powering Maker in terms of price feeds.
