Deprecate “Capture the Ether” Game from Interactive Tutorials
Description
This PR removes the “Capture the Ether” game from the ethereum.org Learning Tools page. Since the game relies on the deprecated Ropsten testnet, it’s no longer accessible to developers.
Changes include:
• Removal of the game listing from the Learning Tools page.
• Deletion of associated translations in the language files.

The “Capture the Ether” game, currently listed on the ethereum.org Learning Tools page, is non-functional due to Ropsten testnet deprecation.
