Improve Data and Analytics

This PR adds four new sessions to the Data-and-Analytics page of the ethereum.org. It breaks down some of the topics discussed briefly in the main page into dedicated sessions. They are:

• A Simple Extraction and Transformation Example: A practical example of extracting and decoding Ethereum transaction data.
• Understanding Data Flow: From initial data requests to final transformation of data into useful metrics.
• Outsourced Data Types: Nodes, RPCs, and Indexers can provide reliable data streams to developers and blockchain users.
• Data Stacks: Explores three key approaches to handling blockchain data. Lean Stacks, Indexing Engines, and Data Lakes.
