Add very simple sentence in /developers/docs/nodes-and-clients/run-a-node/index.md explaining the utility of client version strings. This is useful information for people running their own node, but this PR is primarily motivated by generating a target for redirecting the
version-stringspage from eth.wiki.Related Issue
#5690
