It's that time of the month again.

I keep doing these PRs because I have the faint hope that maybe someday ✅ will appear on any Travis build and CI will actually be useful for us.

This silences "go install ./...". For some reason it started
complaining with go 1.4.2.
This removes the annoying warning printed by "go install ./...".
This is an attempt to get Travis working again.

This should decrease test runtime to about 30 seconds.
This should yield another 30-second speed up. Nobody looks
at the output of those anyway. We might want bring back gofmt later
and actually fail the build if source is not formatted.

internal/debug: remove memsize (ethereum#30253)

Removing because memsize will very likely be broken by Go 1.23. See
fjl/memsize#4
