Can we get a name for the e-star name upgrade?

The previous ACDC call discussed EIP7002 (EL triggerable exits) as a potential candidate for inclusion in the e-star name upgrade.

It would be easier for the community to refer to the upgrade by name rather than e-star name. The combined EL+CL upgrade name Prague + e-star could be decided and put into use.

Looking to add an agenda item for creating a new repo/standard for remote signing.

The Web3Signer team is looking to work with the community to standardize remote signing APIs in a new repo under github.com/ethereum. We have begun some work to clean up our base APIs to serve as the foundation. We are already working with other client teams and wanted to formalize on ACDC before proceeding with comment/feedback period.
