Few things we should discuss regarding Holesky:

Changing Shapella from epoch 10 to epoch 256: Adjust capella time from 10 to 256 eth-clients/holesky#59
Getting the genesis state in compressed/uncompressed from checkpointz
Ejection balance discussion (currently 28ETH), keep it as is, increase it, decrease it? cc: @g11tech
