The effort at MIT re-licensing in 2015 was never completed, so this was misleading. Also updated the README.md to reflect our GPLv3 licensing. Switched the multiple links to raw Github contributor pages to instead point at the Wiki page for cpp-ethereum. After the repo-reorg, we might want to revisit that again on the repositories which are NOT consolidated.
