feat: categorized keywords for dealer profiles #40

Profiles can now be assigned Keywords each of which belongs to a Category
categories and keywords can also be managed in the admin UI and are part of the admin export
rendering in frontdesk is also supported
export to app is currently missing until a protocol change has been decided on
con-specific settings have been extracted to .env
names for convention days can be configured
