First official pre-release

The .deb package is for Debian and similar Linux distros (that includes Ubuntu).
The .tar.gz archive contains the macOS release.
Windows builds will be available in the next release, as well as RPM packages for other Linux distros.

I've completed much of the game's planned functionality, all that I have left to do is finish a few user interface screens and then it'll be fully up and running. Beyond that, I might add a few enemies and power-ups, do the music, and then call it finished.
