## Background In #247 we started to set the DB parameter `etlCheckCertsDefault` . However we must set the value to 0 instead of 1 (1 is now the default value). ## Acceptance Criteria - [ ] Change setting of etlCheckCertsDefault to `-etlCheckCertsDefault=0`
